The Service

GetShyned provides scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments, and customer messaging for service-based businesses.

Accounts and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Don't use the service unlawfully or to spam

Customer Communications and SMS

GetShyned sends transactional SMS/email on behalf of the business using the platform.

Examples of transactional messages:
• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Schedule updates
• Invoices and payment requests

Consent requirement: Recipients must opt in during booking or service request.

• Reply STOP to opt out
• Reply HELP for help
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply

No marketing/promotional messages are sent under transactional notifications unless separately enabled and compliant.

Payments and Billing

• Subscription fees if applicable
• Payment processing handled by Stripe
• Taxes are your responsibility
• Fees are generally non-refundable

Acceptable Use

• No illegal use
• No harassment, abuse, or spam
• No uploading malicious code
• No trying to break, scan, or attack the service

Data and Content

You own your business and customer data. You grant us permission to process it to operate the platform. Contact support to request data export.

Availability and Changes

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages. Liability limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

Termination

• You can stop using GetShyned anytime
• We may suspend accounts for abuse or legal reasons
