• Account and contact info: Name, email, phone number
• Business info: Company name, service area
• Customer data entered by you: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, job details
• Usage data: Basic analytics, device/browser info, IP address
• Payment info: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Provide the service (bookings, quotes, invoices, reminders)
• Communicate with users (service notices, support)

Transactional messages only. GetShyned facilitates SMS messages on behalf of businesses using the platform. Examples include:
• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Schedule changes
• Invoices and payment/deposit updates
Consent and opt-out: Recipients opt in during booking or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell phone numbers. GetShyned sends messages on behalf of the business. The business is responsible for obtaining consent, but the platform enforces STOP.

We keep data while an account is active. Users can request deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
