CABG Ventures, LLC operates GetShyned (getshyned.com), a platform for service-based businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

Account and contact info: Name, email, phone number
Business info: Company name, service area
Customer data entered by you: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, job details
Usage data: Basic analytics, device/browser info, IP address
Payment info: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

• Provide the service (bookings, quotes, invoices, reminders)
• Communicate with users (service notices, support)
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse
• Legal and compliance obligations

SMS and Phone Numbers

Transactional messages only. GetShyned facilitates SMS messages on behalf of businesses using the platform. Examples include:

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Schedule changes
• Invoices and payment/deposit updates

Consent and opt-out: Recipients opt in during booking or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out
• Reply HELP for help

We do not sell phone numbers. GetShyned sends messages on behalf of the business. The business is responsible for obtaining consent, but the platform enforces STOP.

Sharing Information

Service providers: Hosting, email, SMS, analytics — only to operate the service
Payments: Via Stripe
Legal compliance: If required by law

Data Retention

We keep data while an account is active. Users can request deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

Your Choices

• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
• Update account info in your settings
• Request access or deletion by contacting support
